North of Chaumont, near Colombey-les-Deux-Eglises
In the Haute-Marne department, a few kilometres north of Chaumont and just two steps away from Colombey-les-Deux-Eglises, the site of the famous Charles de Gaulle Memorial, the 3-star La Source Bleue Hotel-Restaurant welcomes guests for both business and pleasure in the heart of the Champagne wine region.
Our 3-star residence offers guests a tranquil retreat situated in a 5-hectare wooded park, which is part of the Natura 2000 ecological network. Its gastronomic restaurant, within the walls of a former windmill dating back to the 18th century, has been welcoming guests to its historic setting since 1996.
The La Source Bleue has 12 rooms and suites, each one tastefully decorated in an Art Deco style. Each room has a view over the park and the stretches of surrounding water. Take a stroll around the estate and let your mind wander by the still waters of the Cuegnot and Source Lakes. A river snakes its way alongside the restaurant, adding its own touch of charm to this little corner of secluded paradise.

The Source experience
When you stay at the Hotel de la Source Bleue, you will find yourself immersed in the natural environment, which is dominated by the vast stretches of the surrounding water. Residents and guests can enjoy the soothing gentle lapping of the pond, lake, river and even a canal.
You can see the source as it bubbles up from the depths of the estate’s pond to the surface.
The estate owes its name to this unique feature, privileged not just for its stunning blue-turquoise colour but also for the quality of the drinking water.
We are happy to be able to share this precious natural water supply with our guests by making the water available from bedroom taps and in our restaurant.
